My Refrigerator was out for over a month waiting on parts. So I can't even rate the service at this time unless there is a negative rating. I called several times to be put on hold for 30 minutes to and hour. The whole process is a joke. But I can say repair personnel was nice and said he was doing all he could do but was waiting on parts. So I can't blame him for the service.
