Addendum: Please ensure that the technician asks what type of oil the customer prefers instead of assuming, especially if the customer is a woman. Then explain each choice of oil if she isnt aware and wants to know. Food for thought!
I never use anywhere else for my oil changes! I am working out of town tomorrow and swung by at 5:15 to see if they had time to change my oil.. they didn’t act like it was a problem at all. Finished it up and even asked if I knew how to reset my reminder on my car for my oil change! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Will never go back. Went here to get a oil change One of the workers here broke the ring that seals the oil and didn't tell me just let me drive off later that day i drove my car wondering why my new car was acting funny after an oil change, boyfriend checked under the hood and ground oil was everywhere and the stick had no oil..Wow, anything could've happened!!!. Thank God I had no plans of going out of town.!! Went back to tell management no manager but the workers were rude when i let them know with no apology. I will not be going back and recommend noone to especially if there's no care about your money or your ride!
Excellent Customer Service! Shop is clean, family friendly and they were very thorough. AND you get a free car wash too! Definitely worth recommending.
Made me feel as if they did not want to change my oil, so I went somewhere else.
