My Kenmore icemaker stopped working properly. I called Stringer's Sale and Service. After a friendly discussion on the phone a repairman arrived at my home within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and went to extra trouble to locate a replacement part. Within a few hours my icemaker was working properly. Thank you Stringer Sales and Service for your prompt and professional service. I would highly recommend this business.
Told me there was a $90 service fee to look at my dishwasher and that if decided to let them do the work they would charge parts and labor and deduct the service fee. Ended up charging me parts, labor, and service fee. Would have cost me only $30 more to buy a brand new dishwasher. Very dishonest. Do not let yourself be swindled like I was.
