Can't say enough about how great these guys are. Brico Zinn arrived in the morning ready to go, and handled ALL of the issues we had, even one that turned out to be waaaay more difficult than we first thought - the sink was cemented to the wall and had to be removed. He made sure to show me first, and explained he'd do his best not to damage any surrounding tile, but wanted me to be aware. He did a fabulous job - no problems there at all. He also did a couple of things we hadn't originally asked them about - replacing 2 old faucets - and did it beautifully. Zinn's is now on speed dial on my phone - I know they'll be prompt, efficient and courteous. Wish i'd found them a while ago. Five stars!!!

Very glad we chose you to be our heating contractor! Ever since we moved into this house we have been struggling with our heating units, something which the previous owners forgot to mention, but that is another subject. They are outstanding specialists, and their work has helped us a ton, for which we are really grateful!
Brilliant AC repair service! The damned thing refused to work, and even after all the DIY tinkering I performed on it it wouldn't budge. They arrived shortly after I called and managed to fix it within an hour! Now it runs like brand new and I am writing this review from my well-cooled room!
