I have used this cleaners for YEARS and never had a problem or complaint until now.nI had 6 dress shirts cleaned, 5 turned out great, but the sixth was returned to me with what seem like a burn or stain....nevertheless it could not be removed even after a second cleaning. After I talked with Helen/owner it was all of a sudden my fault. I explained the shirt was not brought to the store in that condition. The shirt was fairly expensive at least to me...( Father's Day gift from my daughter it was just under $150). Long story-short.....there was never any talk of compensation. I was constantly and rudely attacked, blamed and told to take my business elsewhere. I wonder what I said that was so offensive. I recommend never use their services because at the moment something goes wrong I seriously doubt if the situation will be made right again. She even went so far to say she would deny any bad reviews..... So if you dare to risk it....good luck.
Horrible customer service. Dropped off one shirt to be laundered and one to be dry cleaned and quoted a price for each to find out when picking up shirts that since it was only one dry cleaned shirt it was to be charged almost double the quoted price. Ask to speak with manager , who was extremely rude and uncaring over my issue. I advised her what I was quoted and she said it was a mistake . I advised her she should honor quoted price or she could be losing a weekly customer to be told okay goodbye. Not a quality customer service oriented individual if she was the manager.
They have not been answering their phone.
