Great dry cleaning and great free delivery too. When I have pieces of clothes that have stains or spots...It is always looking great when I get it back. They are great and the free delivery twice a week is very convenient!

Used their dry cleaning services on 10/12 for the first time. Pick up was set on 10/22 but I received a text message informing me that my order was already ready for pickup 3 days after I dropped it off. My comforters were fresh, clean and folded inside a nice bag with zipper. Service is definitely fast, reliable and friendly. I also received an email with a coupon for 20% off my next dry cleaning service, they’re very professional and customer oriented! I absolutely recommend trying their services.

It was my first time using Lapels and it will definitely not be my last! I received my items the very next day when I was given a Thursday pick up date. The young lady in the front welcomed me with a smile and it was a great experience. Pricing is very reasonable and the clothes came back very clean and the starch content was perfect!

No follow-up or customer service. Disappointing, to say the least. Good job cleaning, though.nIf the clients mean that much, maybe start updating your hours on the voice-mail, answering your phone, and responding your clients the way you did social media.

Lapels Dry Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning a wool jacket. The colors were as bright as when new. Turnaround time was 24 hours.
