Last time I went there was a couple weeks ago and the manager and the staff employee were arguing in front of me and other customers is very unprofessional. Then I went to pick up an item off the rack and that's for sale and they told me it wasn't for sale yet and it had a sticker so I wasn't very good experience at that Ross's which is normally a good one Management might need some training and principles of persuasion and how to deal with difficult employees around customers. The reason I say this is because I am a supervisor where I work I run a whole shift and I would never speak to anyone the way that this manager and employee work conducting themselves
Good off discount store for quick and cheap price
Love Ross it has great products for the whole house at reasonable prices!
Employees were decent enough (the cashier actually spoke and was pleasant when I was checking out). I looked around the entire store just browsing and didn’t really see much to choose from. Ross just always looks like it’s going out of business, it’s so bare every time I go into one.nnThis one is slightly better than the one on Riverdale but that’s only because I, thankfully, haven’t experienced any ghetto behavior at this location. Their “security” or whoever he was looked like he couldn’t care less. It’s not a store I’d go out of my way to shop at.
Inventory in this store is always low and not much of a selection to shop from. Staff is always friendly and prompt.
