Okay, this cleaners is my new find!! Great location, easy to get in and out of, great staff, very friendly and accommodating too. They did an amazing job with 3 pair of HEAVY denim jeans... and they were pressed perfectly! Highly recommend! ud83cudfc6ud83cudfc6ud83dudc4f

As a first time customer, I was very pleased with not only the friendly service, but the quality of my shirts when I picked them up. This location is very easy to get in and out. Service was quick with little delay. Definitely will use Town and Country in the future.

Used them for the first year or so when I moved to Hattiesburg. Clothes came back stained 1/3 of the time and broke buttons on at least three shirts (which I know happens occasionally). On one occasion, they broke every single button on a dress shirt with natural shell buttons (that I forewarned them about). Not too big of a deal as things happen and I had a tailor get me replacement buttons but what did it for me was when I went back I told them to only replace the buttons and not to clean the shirt again (as it had a small stain on the back, from them, but it was below the waist). They said okay they would only replace the buttons. Came back a few days later to get the shirt. Employees were acting kind of weird about the shirt and when they finally brought it out the back had been ripped (apparently from attempting to clean the stain I asked them to ignore?). The owner did make it right and reimbursed me fully for the price of the shirt, a gesture I greatly appreciated. It's a shame because when they did a good job it was great but too many clothes came back stained for my liking and tearing the shirt was it for me. I know many who use this location and rave about it. It's unfortunate that I had such an underwhelming experience.
