Chase sold us a bathroom renovation. His friendly personality and great customer service are what convinced us to go with Mitch Wright Plumbing. The job was well done, and Chase was always promptly responsive when I contacted him. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.nnRandy worked our bathroom renovation from the beginning to the end. He took care of every detail and made sure we were happy with the job at all times. Randy is polite, professional, highly skilled both in plumbing and construction, and always pleasant. We would recommend Randy and Mitch Wright Plumbing to any of our friends who need plumbing services or a bathroom renovation.

Michael S. did a fantastic job. He called to let me know that he was leaving one job sight and was headed our way. He came in with all of his supplies and ready to work. Even though Mitch Wright-Southaven had a busy day today, I never felt rushed. Michael was efficient, timely and got the job done. He explained to me what was broken and then described to me how he fixed the problem. He was personable and easy to approach when questions were needed to be asked. I would recommend Mitch Wright and Michael S again to whomever needs heating maintenance/repair.

I don't leave reviews often, but I'm so glad I called Mitch Wright, and wanted to leave a positive review. We recently moved and new house flooded from a clogged pipe. After checking that the septic was fine (ABC Septic was amazing by the way!), I then tried 4 plumbing companies and no one would or could help. When I called Mitch Wright in Southaven, they immediately scheduled for a technician to come later that same day. Chase was wonderful! He was nice, he explained everything and gave me advice, was knowledgeable, and tried methods first that saved me money. He knew quickly where the issue probably was, and they also gave me a warranty. I'm very grateful for their help, and will use them in the future.

Randy and his helper, Jason, were here to replace a recirculation pump. They were both very professional. Randy explained the work they had completed and even took pictures of the old pump in case I needed them for insurance purposes. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

Dalton first came out on Sunday morning emergency call to my house. He was very personable, and professional and provided clear guidance and next steps. After American Leak Detection located the internal issue Monday, Dalton and Junior returned Tuesday and did a great job (jack hammer in my house!) repairing my emergency slab leak- clear diagnosis, fixed the issue, great clean up- big fan of Mitch Wright Plumbing and their employees!
