Amazing customer Service!! I couldn't be happier about the quality of the cleaning and the politeness of the staff. The lovely woman behind the counter was so nice and willing to go the extra mile when I said I needed a rush job on a priceless and very sentimental quilt. I truly couldn't recommend this shop more!!

I wouldn’t recommend taking your clothes to this cleaners. I decided to take a lace pink dress and a pink one piece here to get in cleaned. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed a dark mark. I asked the lady about it, and she was basically saying I just work here, take it up with the manager on Monday. I told her that I’m actually just in town for one more day and that would be possible. I asked her could I have a partial refund or something to reconcile the issue. She said no. My one piece is ruined, and the only thing I can do is warn others.

My fiance dropped off my black pea coat to be cleaned on a thursday. The older woman behind the counter was rude to her, gave short angry answers to any question she asked, and then lost my coat. No dry cleaning is done at the location. It is all sent out and the location is pick up only. Very shady. I was given a woman's white wool coat at pick up and when I told the woman it wasn't mine there's been a mistake, she said that's what the Mexican girl brought me so ask her. I said do you really expect me to pay for a coat that isn't mine. Not my problem do you want it or not. When I went to the door and motioned my fiance to come in she suddenly remembered just the coat and that it must be at another location. I picked it up after three days of waiting with no discount on a 16 dollar cleaning bill. I will never go here again. My fiance is third generation Hispanic American and doesn't even speak Spanish. Rude racist people run this place apparently.
