One of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Staff were nice and polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. After a bad day it was a relaxing stay with a good night's sleep.
Lobby staff were pleasant. The breakfast everyday was oatmeal, coffee, juice and packaged muffins, but only upon request. The place wasn't as clean as it should have been. The sofa in the room was dirty and full of crumbs, refrigerator was pre-filled, with the past occupants items. There were hairs in random places when I got to the room, blankets smelt and trash around the bed floor area. The parking area was well lit. I have to say the best part of the hotel was the price. Tempted to upload pictures......
If you’re trying to stay here and are paying with a card DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT! They took a extra $62 dollars off my card and they say it’s nothing they can do because it’s not in their system but it’s In my bank account! And they told me to even send them where they took it out and they still haven’t gotten back to me! I didn’t even step foot on their property! That is ridiculous! And the manager was no help at all and rude!
Great price! Felt very well taken care of! Place smelled really clean and staff were very hospitable!
Great rooms Great rates and the staff has given exceptional service. And I still have 2 nights to be here. This will be my Memphis stay when I am in the area from now on
