Great quick wash, however the soft cloth always misses the area around the license plate. The rest of the wash was pretty good!!!
I've always take my car there to get washed but today I was very disappointed. I paid for the 12 dollar wash and it didn't get hardly any of the dirt off. Not any on my hatch door. The car was still dirty. Usually you're in there about 5 minutes but today not even 2 minutes. I believe I deserve a free car wash cause I didn't like the fact it was still dirty and I paid 12 dollars. Please tell me that there was something wrong with the carwash today. Oh I'll use it again but very disappointed.
I went to get my car washed, now mind I go here all the time and have never had this problem before, I just feel like the effectiveness of the car wash has gone down, my truck was still dirty it had spots on it when it went in the wash and still when it came out. Also I had a friend go there and the wash broke her side mirror, the roughness completely shattered her mirror.
Wish there was a phone number. Watched two different people go through the wash then pull up just close enough to the gate to activate and let friends in to the vacuum area. They proceeded to stand around cars smoking and playing super loud bassy music.
