Vacuums hardly ever work.

Only the right side of the car wash is working. With that being said the manager was trying to shut it down for a few hours to fix it, but his manager/director said not keep the car wash up and running. Very poor service. The vacuums are so weak they will not stay in the storage hanger. They just fall on the ground. Calling any number that is listed is a waste of time either nobody answers, mailbox is full or they answer then hang up. Do not waste you time with this place. Thanks

I visited today and half of the wash does not work.. I was told by the staff they ordered the motor but, offered nothing to make it right. Was no notification of this issue before use.. I paid for the highest cost wash and got half a car.. you should get the services you paid for or you need to shut the location down until you are able to give those services... I did call the Corp office before posting and got a mailbox is full on all fronts.. could not believe it... if management wants to call me I’ll be more than happy to take down my review

Horrible vacuums!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has no suction at all. Not just 1 or 2 of them but All of them! My husband pays a membership fee for 3 vehicles every month for thenmost expensive car wash service they offer and but I am never able to use vacuums. There is never ever any suction from any of the vacuums. We should pay half of what they charge us since we can only utilize half the service offered. I recently moved to Olive branch more than four months ago so this has been a problem for more more than 4 months. I keep thinking that they’re going to eventually replace them but as of March 28, 2021 they have not....so sad.

The service has seen to gone done these last few months. I am a monthly prescriber and the soap and brushes dont work most of the time and I've contacted the website with no response. The rinse does not completely rinse your car off like before. I cant argue the price but I have to usually run my car through twice to get it completely washed. Possibly time to switch to another service because my job requires me to have a clean ride.
