Definitely a convenience, but the vacuums never work with little to no suction. There always seem to be an issue with the mechanisms not working from being out of soap to one of the brushes not spinning. I don't like spending 17 or more dollars for the amenities if they aren't maintained and operational. There are more car washes being developed in the area. I'll definitely be comparing.
This car wash( Goodman and Tulane Rd) has definitely declined since when it was first installed. I've noticed a lot of spots that were missed on my vehicle. On my visit today, after the car wash I drove up to 3 different stalls because the vacuum hose were either missing or low pressure. The last vacuum I used hose literally fell apart while in use. My $21.00 gone to waste.
Car wash was excellent. Very clean with soft brushes. Great tire cleaner. Only problem was the vacuums weren't working.
The car vacuums hardly ever work and going through the wash hardly ever gets my truck clean. After I go through the wash I still have soap all over my truck
I appreciated the employee who used the soft brush. That is very nice of y’all to do that extra step after last week’s winter mess.
