Had appointment today with my father. Everything went pretty well. We did forget to do a covid test which I had remindee the young lady Carol that needed to be done. Doctor Morris is absolutely the most awesome doctor I've ever interacted with in my life. Unfortunately during The Visit we did forgot to get the covid test done or have the doctor tell us what we needed to do (or where to go). We have An upcoming appointment with a lung specialist that requires us to get the test within 5 days of the appointment on the 8th. When I explained the situation she said they have nothing until the 7th. I asked is there somewhere else to go? I told her you are the pcp and I need direction. She said to go to desoto Baptist or somewhere else. My father can't be in a line for hours he is not healthy enough. I asked her to please make a note on his file that I called and was not given a reasonable answer. I explained I was not upset or anything. She said I had a bad tone with her. I am from Florida my accent is different. I own several business and I am very articulate, I assure you my tone was pleasant. She did apologize but it was not convincing at all. End the story, still no idea what to do to get tested. I will call the lung specialist to try to get that done. I am sure after interacting with Dr. Morris he would not want his patients and their guardians to be treated that way. Great job by the rest of the staff.

Go to hospital before going here. Be alot quicker in long run to find out your problems.

Went for a wellness visit waited about 3 hours could not wait any longer walk out and got a bill for 165.00. will not be going back..

Dr.. McKenzie is very thorough and explains things to you. I recommend all friends and family to her and the practice .

This is the best family medical clinic in the whole of Desoto County. I will never go anywhere else. The receptionists are very helpful, the nurses are warm and friendly, and my Practitioner Sheri James is amazing. wait times are minimal and they are quick at scheduling you in for appointment. I recommend Sheri James @ Desoto Family Medical practice to everyone.
