I set up a new pickup for my kids at 1265 Jaybird Road Hernando MS in August 2020- paid in advance via credit card; it took 2 months just to get the garbage can delivered! After that we expected pickups every Wednesday morning- no pickups. I have called and spoke with people over the last couple months but still not consist action. I asked for the operations manager to call me several times- he does not have time for customer issues it seems because I still have not received a phone call yet. My next step is to cancel all services- I can always drop trash off at work everyday if needed.nWaste Pro is the worst service I have ever dealt with, and I’m in the Transposrtation business!

The week of Christmas 2020, my trash was not picked up for 7 days close to New Year's 2021 and I was fined by my conservancy. Initially, I thought I had not paid my bill and made a payment toward my bill for the next quarter (January thru March) on 12-27,2020 in the amount of $72.00. Because of their neglect and lack of concern, I canceled my policy on December 31, 2020, before the beginning of the year and my quarter began. Additionally, I sent an email (and received a response from the Regional Manager Mr. Richard Sarac that he would handle this matter. He corresponded a few times and then has not since early January. Since that time, I have called multiple times about my refund and them picking up their trash can, which I have not used. I even called Waste Pro Headquarters and no one has essentially honored my refund in full and the trash is still sitting at my yard. I did receive an email on February 4th stating that another debit was taken from my debit card (ending in the digits reflective of my bank account awkwardly). Upon calling, I was informed by them that it was a credit instead of a debit, but the amount of $40.81 is still incorrect as I have not used their services this quarter at all. I move on February 25th and it is a grave concern to me that I will still have trash sitting in my yard and also that my full refund owed would not have been returned to me.

I ordered an extra can a month ago and paid for it. I'm still waiting and when I call they keep telling me they will notify dispatch. I am desperate for an extra can because I have a lot of trash and they won't pick up anything outside of the can. I'm ready to notify the news station and maybe get a response then.

My trash bins have been passed by several times by the drivers without being emptied. They skipped 2 houses across the street and never came and picked up the trash. My neighbor said she called every day to ask them to pick it up. They want you to pay your bill on time but don't offer consistent service to earn the money. It's definitely a sign of poor management and low morale.

I ordered 2 garbage cans 3 weeks ago, and also order a recycle bin. It took them two weeks, and they only got me one garbage can! No recycle bin or secind trash can yet. Ridiculous. I paid in advance for this service, and it is lacking. Not impressed.
