Delicious food, but service needs to prioritize the customer. We ordered at 7:30pm in the restaurant, and tipped, and went outside to watch the two employees on continue to work on their schedule for 10min before we walked back inside when they looked at us and started to work on our order. No one else was in the store. As a general statement, I’ve noticed the service industry needs to be taught to prioritize service before using their phones or talking about their personal life’s At work.

Lolo Poke is my absolute favorite restaurant in the entire world! (I know this might sound like an exaggeration, but I promise it’s not because I have the receipts to prove it!!). I come here multiple times a week and the quality, consistency, and customer service is unmatched. Every single bowl and sushi donut is filled with fresh and delicious ingredients. Although I am partial to the Awa Bowl, they have a great variety and a build your own bowl option. 10000000/10 I will always recommend!!

Really great food. Terrible service. One member of the staff was extremely rude and did not treat us nicely at all. Made it seem like we were putting her out to make fresh rice for our bowls. Waited over an hour and a half for our food after placing an order online. Made for an awful experience. Luckily the food was good.
