I called Ace Heating and Cooling this morning after I noticed my heat was not working. I called several other company’s and was told they could come out in 2 days! This was not an option since it was 3 degrees outside and snowing bad. Andre came to the rescue. He was here within a couple of hours. He made the process quick and easy. I am definitely grateful to the company for coming out in these extreme conditions
I sought out ACE HVAC to clean my dryer ducts. Matt showed up promptly and did a fantastic job and now our dryer duct is spotless. he was extremely considerate and he did a great job of explaining the process he was using. He took lots of before and after pictures to show the work he had accomplished. They were extremely fair on price and provided me a quote to have all of my duct work cleaned without the hard sell which was appreciated. I would strongly recommend them for any HVAC services.
I have worked with Andre & Matt previously at other property, ACE was the first company that came to mind when I knew there was a possibility of needing a new AC.nI called to schedule a quote, they walked me through and explained what work was needed and how long it would take.nThe install was completed quickly and professionally.
Andre and Matt were very professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They picked up a incomplete job by another provider but they did not leave until they discovered the problem and fixed it. They explained the issue and made recommendations on how I could possibly stop it from happening again. I highly recommend this provider.
