Great food always worth it get that Philly!!
I haven't eaten here, but picking up a Door Dash order was not very organized. I stood over at the pickup side of the counter for a long time and no one acknowledged me or even asked me to go to the other side. I ended up having to get back in line and wait for those ordering in store, just to grab a pickup that was sitting on the shelf. Maybe it was an off day, but I feel like that could be more streamlined or the signage more clear.
It could had been better
Penn Station is my absolute favorite quick service restaurant. I don't like to call it fast food because the ingredients are fresh and you can see them make it every step of the way, including the fresh cut french fries. I love every hot sandwich they serve which is why I order the monthly special without even looking at the menu to see what it is.
Horrible customer service, get the ghetto out of your establishment. Do not use grub hub with this location, they will not get your order correct or accommodate you. I suggest the St. Ann or Lucas and hunt locations!
