Cook was awesome and food tasted good. Waitress not so much. She was nice but she was busy talking and gave my food to another customer so I had to wait. Waffle house didn't have large cups so I had to take my drink in two coffee cups. Did not have jelly so they had to offer apple butter in which not everyone eats apple butter. So I rated my experience at 3 star because of the cook.

The employees there on 1/31 in the very late hours were wonderful! I went to Berkley first and received no service and no response. ud83eudd2c But on Hwy 67, they treated me great!

Second time this year the phone is dead & they’re too busy to take it to the charger. For COVID & Convenience sake just get an extra phone or move the charger to the front of the location. Tried to argue me down , “well sir do you want me to put in your order or charge the phone?” I replied “Both”

The only time that this store seems to run decent and actually be clean is on the weekends. Kevyn does an AMAZING job when it comes to customer satisfaction and maintaining the waffle house environment. This store should be kept clean and customer service should be a PRIORITY 7 days week 24 hour that they are open. How can one respect themselves when they can even respect their work environment? How would you feel going into a place to be served and eat when you cant even have a clean place to do so?

I am from out of state and I have never been to Waffle house. Tried the pecan waffle - very delicious! Biscuits and gravey was good too. I wish there was a little more to choose from on the menu but was unsure if the menu was smaller due to the pandemic or not.
