Auto Spa Etc of Florissant

I have been going on Olive Road to Auto Spa and just found out there is one on North 67 Lindbergh . Well they are good service people there too, I met one of the managers he told me his name was Wyatt Earth like the cowboy he was very friendly and professional , I have been going to the University City location for a year but now I will be coming here because I live in North County and I am so happy I found out about this location. Plus the staff are helpful and friendly here to I am already on the monthly program very cool for $50.00 a month you can get your car , SUV , Truck whatever you drive as many times you want. They did a OK job just doing a light clean but there were still spots on my back windshield there was dirt inside of the door wells dirt on the Interior I’m not gonna say they did a horrible job but I’m not going back

Took my van in to Auto Spa as a first time customer. Both people who explained the process and the cashier were all polite, pleasant, and professional. Waited a while though it was fine if my vehicle came out looking clean. After being notified that it was ready, I was told they left the seats down because they didn't know how to pull them up. That was fine, no big deal. But I went to go inspect my van to see if they vacuumed, I noticed the trunk door was never wiped down and was still wet. When I raised the van door to look inside, I saw what I thought was dirt or garbage and went to pick it to throw it out but I turned out to be ashes. After I dusted away the ashes, the burn was revealed. Burned in two spots, on of them all the way down to the wood. I went in, stood in line and notified the cashier. He came out and saw the damage and took a picture and gathered my information and explained that the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. While I appreciate the cashier's professionalism, I am ticked off that my van was damaged by one of the people cleaning the interior and that they felt comfortable and entitled enough to smoke in my vehicle when they were supposed to be cleaning it. Had I not took the time to inspect, I would not have discovered it until I went grocery shopping the next morning. This being my first time, I really hope that Auto Spa repairs/replaces the damage back to it's original state. I will update this post come Monday. I took pics of the burn marks and would upload them if allowed to. And, after finding the burns, I looked and saw that the vacuuming was minimal so the attention to detail needs major improvement as well.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From their skilled employees and great attention to detail. I’m a mom in a rush and they made my car like new!! The manager, Mr. Wyatt, I’d give 10 stars if I could. He not only took the time to help me and answered all and any questions I had, but clearly was involved in the process from start to finish! The workers went above and beyond and my car looked brand new despite it being so bad when I brought it in. The customer service is amazing, I’ll definitely be returning and telling all of my friends and family about the great service and great management at this business!

So glad I brought my car here! Everyone was very polite and professional. My car is absolutely immaculate inside and out. I'll definitely be bringing my car here again!!
