I needed to have the PVC sewage pipe located as to where it passed under the basement foundation to the outside. Josh arrived on schedule and quickly went about doing this. He was friendly and wore protective shoe coverings in the house. He explained the process of locating the pipe and marked it with tape instead of using a spray can of paint on the basement floor. Much appreciated.nI would recommend Precision Plumbing to friends and family.
Call any other plumber besides these guys. I installed a left handed thread thermal couple and for some reason it was lighting on my water heater. Called precision plumbing and the guy took five minutes and had my water heater working. That's fine and dandy but charged me $300 for labor and install. Never again.
Had a great experience in an unfortunate situation. Had a main line shutoff valve that broke and Precision Plumbing was able to respond to the call promptly and made the repair quickly. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and was able to educate me on potential issues to look for in the future with other plumbing concerns. I contacted Precision Plumbing this morning regarding an issue with the waiting room toilet and a leaky faucet at my practice. The dispatcher was fast and efficient in pulling up my prior history with them and able to get a tech out to our office that same day. Dan was the tech that came, he arrived right at the estimated time they expected and efficiently found what the issues were, gave us options on what could be done, and fixed the issues with in 45 minutes of arriving! We have used Precision Plumbing before and every time the experience is great! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
I was very pleased with our overall experience with Precision Plumbing Solutions. We were able to get a service appointment very quickly when our laundry room plumbing valves needed replaced. They kept us informed about the arrival time, and came within the appointed window. Our service tech Dan, was very professional, thorough and quick. He was super friendly and did a great job. He showed me where the problem was, and how he would fix it, and disclosed all fees before he started. He also left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing needs, and requesting Dan in particular. I have no idea about the value compared to other plumbers because they were the first company who could come out quickly, so I can't speak to comparisons, but they seemed reasonable to me, and I feel they were worth it. Great job!
