Drain Masters Plumbing, Drains and Water Clean Up

I had a really great experience with the service that I received from Mike. The bad part was my service was two hours late. I was scheduled between 10 and noon and he arrived at 2. Mike was not the original plumber, but it was a pleasure meeting and talking with him about my plumbing needs.nnHe performed a camera video of the piping from my clean out into my bathroom. I'm really anxious to get my pipes repaired under the house and its disappointing I can't even get callbacks. Even the day that Mike came out I had to call the office a couple of times before the office manager told me somebody else was coming.nnNow I am asking if I can get a email of the video only so I can hire someone else since it's apparent to me they don't want this job. Women can be very difficult and demeaning with other women. AND, I am an educated woman of color. I asked Mandy why I hadn't gotten a call after the video for scheduling and she told me the customers are supposed to call them.nnProposturous! I told Mike I wanted to hire them for my plumbing work, again if your company does t want the job then please send me a copy of the video through an email so I can hire someone else. That's more than fair since I did pay $229 for the video with the expectation that you would do the job. Otherwise I just got sucker punched by a so called reputable company.nnI also paid $389 for the removal of a garbage disposal. Very disappointed in how I'm being handled. Requested a call from the owner this morning. Still waitingnnThank you

We have used Drain Masters in the past and were pleased with them then so when an issue arose with sewer back-up, we called them. Brian was at our home within an hour of our call. Brad Davidson of Drain Masters came out to my house after my sump pump stopped working. He got there in a few hours after he completed his current work over 45 mins away from my house. He was super professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing if I had questions. And for an emergency replacement of a sump pump the price is super reasonable. 10/10 would use Brad and Drain Masters again.

The service staff when I called were extremely helpful and shared my concern with the problem I was experiencing. I was given my choice of having a tech sent out that night at 10:00 pm or in the morning. I chose to wait until the morning. I was given a window of 8:30 to 10:30 am and the tech was at my home by 8:30. He worked for 3 1/2 hours and when he left our toilets were flushing freely. Unfortunately a couple of hours later we started experience a back up again, so I called the office and the tech returned to my home at 8:30 pm. My tech was Marvin and I can say that he was nothing short of professional and genuinely concerned with solving our problems. I will definitely use Drain Masters again if needed in the future, as well as refer them to anyone I know that needs assistance. I own a mobile home and it is extremely difficult to find a company that will service them. I am very satisfied and I cannot say enough good things about my total experience with this very trying situation.

ron was our hero. our water heater broke on easter. it leaked water everywhere and the water in-valve to the water heater was corroded open so we had to shut the water off to the whole house to stop the leak. everywhere else was closed, and those that were open couldn't get us in until several days later. ron was very communicative, and was able to slip us in on the same day, rushed to get a new water heater from their supplier right before its closing time, and did a fast and nonintrusitive replacement which allowed us to thankfully turn back on our water.
