Ask for Glen! He and his apprentice were very helpful. Experienced and professional. I own a 100 year old home and everyone tries to sell me big dollar replacement projects. Glen was very candid about what I needed and, more importantly, what I did not. Hosack will be my first call in the future specifically because of Glen. Thanks!

To begin with, no one ever answers their telephone. Then on the day they were to come out they sent another company. They found a broken pipe and said they would contact Hosack to come and repair it. I have yet to hear from someone and after multiple attempts trying to reach them and leaving a message I still have not reached any one-no one will even return a call. Apparently they don't need the work or my money.Very disappointed.nIn response to the owner response:nnThe number I have been calling and left a message on is your website number-I took a screenshot of it below. The plumber from St.Charles Kitchen and Bath,his name was Derrick.He said he would call you guys so we could set up the pipe repair. He should have never been sent to begin with. We called you guys and we didn't call for clogged drains-we called for sewer smell and water coming up through our basement floor. Even if he failed to give you the message, I have been calling and never get an answer until last night and left a message. I even tried calling today-no answer.Again,the number that was on your web page listed below. At this point I'm tired of smelling sewer gas for a week and a 1/2 and I shouldn't have to beg for a plumber to come out so I've hired someone else.

From now on I'm only calling Hosack Plumbing! I needed a shower valve replaced and Glen went over and beyond to help me. He was amazing! Don't waste your time calling other plumbing companies in the area. I contacted two other local plumbing companies before Hosack. Both charged me diagnostic fees and then did little to help. I will only use Hosack Plumbing going forward based on my experience with Glen!

Replaced main shut off. Quick and knowledgeable. Showed up early and explained everything in detail. Will definitely use them in the future.

Our water heater broke and needed replacement. The operator that helped us, Jasmine, was so caring and communicative, and our plumber, Rafael, was incredibly thoughtful talented, communicative and efficient. We loved meeting him and we feel like we know who to call when the next plumbing issue arises.
