Food was cold and waited 25 minutes for them to make my order. But there were 5+ employees working. Makes no sense. I had to re-ask for a cup of honey mustard 3 times because they kept thinking someone else was getting it. This location used to be consistently on top of their game. But now it's a mad house that's unorganized and cold fries suck. Probably gunna start going to a location farther from my house to get the quality we used to get at the highway k one.
Unfortunately every table was super dirty. There were 6 workers and tables had large crumbs of food on the tables and benches @ 11:30am. Unacceptable, especially with covid19. Clean and sanitized areas are important.nnThen there is the issue with them being out of product and removing items from the menu. Then even the cheese on the cheese bread was not even warm. What a shame, I really enjoyed Penn Station, but with the removal of some of our favorite items and the lack of motivation to keep things clean or the food hot, I will no longer be back.
Penn Station steak and cheese sandwich has plenty of meat. They was not stingy with the meat.
Believe I contracted food poisoning from this location. I was sick for 4 days. Uncontrollable vomiting as well as tremendously painful stomach cramps. I was forced to an Urgent Care and eventually the Emergency Room. I don't recommend this site. Today is the 1st day since Thursday I've been able to contain food in my system. Very frightening experience.
Everytime I visit the highway k location in Ofallon Mo, the food is great, its clean, they have never messed up an order and the girl that is gm even remembers my name and exact order! I sometimes have to ask her what I get lol.
