Great car wash. Our cars always come out sparkling clean both inside and out. The staff there are always helpful and always seem to be in a great mood and love their jobs.
I didn't realize how great this Waterway was until I visited a different one. The difference was like night and day. Everyone here is always so professional and friendly and fast! I also appreciate the fact that they aren't not pushy in trying to upsell more features and guilt me into not doing so like other locations do. I can't say that I have visited every waterway in the area, but I can't imagine another one being any better than this one. I always have a great experience and everyone there is always happy to help out with any concerns I have or touch up any areas that get missed. Highly recommend!
Waterway was not busy so I stop and got the Whole Thing wash. The person at the beginning started up the wash line before spraying the dirt off and only got one side before my vehicle went down the line. The crew at the detail area did the vehicle quicker than I’ve ever seen it done before. The front mats where sprayed and wiped down. The vehicle looked clean when wet but by the time I got home you could see a lot of dirt on the right front mat and the doors. I picked up the mats and could tell that they did no vacuuming. The front window still had large smudges that were not cleaned off. I will be taking it back for a do over.
They always do a great job here! I get the top wash so that I can come back in 5 days and get another. Make sure you tip the people that work outside in extreme weather and make your car spic and span.
For $38.00 my car was not even wiped down inside. Still dusty. Was supposed to be all cleaned.
