I was just helped by a young man named “Mitch”. I managed to somehow miss the large sign sharing details of each wash that was nicely placed in easy view ud83eudd26ud83cudffd♀ufe0f. I had a friendly conversation with Chris today at the O’fallon location. I was already a member, he was just checking up. Chris was very nice and professional, I normally spend 2-3 hours per week detailing my car, I have never been a member of any car wash prior to this (most do not meet my standard). The exterior wash does the best job I have seen. Their vacuum and blower system work great! I have cut my time in half and now spend 45 minutes on the inside instead of 2-3 hours on the entire car!
Chris went out of his way to assure me I wouldn’t come away with scratches after a wash. I experienced hood damage on my last vehicle at another wash so I’m very skeptical now. I appreciated his attentiveness to my concerns and suggestions as to what was best for my vehicle. No scratches!
Decent car wash, but the vacuums are AMAZING! I didn't spend a fortune and I got to get all the gunk out of my car! Love the little air gun to detail and blow out your car! They even have a floor mat cleaning station. My car is very clean again.
Chris was extremely and helpful when my membership ID tag would not scan. In spite of, bitter cold temperatures, making multiple trips out to my vehicle, Chris resolved my issue with a smile on his face! He is pleasant, courteous, and helpful each and every time I see him. Thanks Chris!
