I'm going to give this place 5 stars but I thought the drying process could be a little bit more efficient my car was still wet after the works wash but I will absolutely return. My window had issues and we had to pull out of line and we called for 2 guys to come help us and they ignored us after looking straight at us we had to move the cones ourselves and go back around the line to where a really nice girl helped us out and put us back in line. I do recommend this establishment though despite the hiccups.
I and my husband come here over any car wash. Employees are kind friendly and helpful anytime. Our truck and SUV looking nice. Come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
This car wash uses recycled water and its approved in KC in some places. The recycled water creates the very bad smell you get in your car. Also, you can see a dirty mop water once the water is starting to spray on your windshield. Gross!! Guess this is the better wash with dirty water. Ill pass
10 out of 10. My girlfriend and I both needed carwashes from all the snow and salt and this place delivered. Prices were great and my car was the cleanest I have seen in a long time. Lights and displays were awesome throughout the wash. Great entertainment if you have kids! Can’t wait to go back.
When I signed up for a month to get car washes I was not told by any employees it would be a reoccurring charge.nnI called about this since I haven’t gone in 2 months and just realized they keep taking money out of my account- asked for a refund. The guys said he couldn’t. Asked for a coupon.nHe said he couldn’t and told me that I’m basically a liar since he trains all of his team to tell everyone- well news flash he didn’t, and your employees aren’t listening to you.nI’m more mad about the fact that he didn’t really care what I had to say- i know you guys give free car washes out- like don’t refund me whatever- but the fact that you basically called me liar and couldn’t help my case really upsets me.nI’ll go for this month but imma put a bad review every day :)nI work in customer service and I never post anything bad- but this guy had no customer service skills whatsoevernThanks but no thanks for the help
