Nothing but accolades. Fair clear quote, the technician Steven arrived right on time, masked, shoe coverings - a pair for me as well - and it was very professional to see a big ChemDry rug on the front porch so he wouldn’t track any dirt into my home. He completed the work in the time frame he estimated and most importantly, my carpets look great, even the pet stains came out. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
