Great service, been using them for over a decade anyone who believes otherwise is straight crazy to begin with. Friendly customer service and quick turn around, why would anyone choose otherwise? I know I wouldn't.
This place lost my shirts twice! And yes after the first time I tried them again. The second time they admitted they threw the slips away. I had to go back several times to find my shirts which took several weeks. Then believe it or not I went back and brought more shirts. One came back with a stain on the front and the accused me of doing it! Shirt was brand new from Nordstrom and worn once. Have not been back since. Go somewhere else. They also told me they do not even to the shirts there, they send them out somewhere else.
