We met Dave Bowers through a mutual friend. Having been through the house buying experience only once before, we had little experience in the process.nnWe were looking to build or rehab a property. Dave, having years of experience as a builder was able to coach me through all the variables that would go into each potential home we looked at. Because of the sound advice and knowledge he gave us, we were able to find the best solution for our family.nnThe market is nuts right now and has so much competition, but again, Dave was a solid rock to lean on because he was able to position our offers in such a way that always put us at the top of the list.
