I cannot say enough about the stellar service I just received from Brown's Plumbing. I had my hot water heater (which also heats my house) begin leaking yesterday- on Easter Sunday. Within two hours, they were here to turn things off and get things set so I wouldn't have to get up overnight to shopvac the leaking water. I got a call at 7:45 this morning (the next day), with an estimate and an appointment two hours later to replace it. The friendliness, courtesy and amazingly good prices are why I will keep coming back to Brown's for all my plumbing needs!

Contacted the Brown's Plumbing after high recommendation from our former plumber here in Germantown. It is a small family business In Frederick and was totally impressed with their customer service. The plumber from the previous plumbing company who troubleshooted our kitchen sink charged us for nearly 3 hours of work and we still had a clogged sink after receiving an expensive bill for over $400. Sean came in with his plumbing auger and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Their family business is honest and they have very fair prices. I highly recommend them if your looking for honest, friendly and excellent customer service.

Our family had Fred and Shawn out today to replace a number of our plubing components. They were on time and extremely courteous and professional throughout their visit. I appreciate that they took the time to explain not only what changes were being made and the benefits of our new equipment but how to maintain and care for our new equipment! As always Fred and son Shawn to the Rescue! They fixed some leaks and got a radiant heating system working again that nobody else was able to fix. Thx guys for the courteous, efficient and cost efficient service!
