Jeany who is so friendly and personable did a beautiful alteration job for me. It was absolutely perfect! I always come here for my dry cleaning as well and am always happy with their service. Highly recommend!
My first time there. Dropped off two dresses and they charged me $15 then went back and they said they made a mistake and charged me $26. One of the dresses had stain and wasn't clean so I asked they re-do it. They kept trying to take the stain off with their fingers and had an attitude to re do the dress. I went back to pick up the dress and asked why they charged me $15 first and showed then the receipt. The explanation was very LOUD and very RUDE. I will never go or recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY. Too expensive and zero customer service. No apology was part of any of their communication towards me.
They are overpriced and not easy to deal with. They said no to cleaning a comforter because it wasn’t laying out properly.
Disappointed. Tried them numerous times after the cleaners by Dunkin Donuts closed. My shirts constantly come back wrinkled in need ironing. Photo added
New cleaning lady is here now. What ever items you use do in normal cleanings they now trying to force you do dry cleaning that is a lot more expensive
