Received a dress shirt back with wrinkles all over, 2 or 3 solid creases, and completely covered in hair/lint. Would've been better off not using a dry cleaner at all.

I took two dresses in for cleaning. The lady asked if I wanted to prepay, I said sure. She told me my total was $25.80. For two basic dresses.....I said no thanks, took them to Zips and paid $4.58. Too bad because it's more convenient being right here in Middletown but that is a ridiculous price to charge!!
