I have used these Cleaners for over 10 years. Their service is great and prompt. No complaints. They offer regular cleaning and Dry Cleaning. It’s run by a Korean couple and the husband does tailoring and clothing repairs . I think he does shoe sole replacements also. They really don’t speak English very fluently but enough to communicate effectively. If you are a “ regular”, she keeps your information filed with your phone number. She asks for the phone number when you come in. She asks which day is good for you to pick up and they can do a rush order if needed. Prices are in keeping with most competitors. Highly recommended.

We went here for over 11 years before we recently moved. They were great! So kind and gracious and friendly and hard workers. We were very pleased with all the work they did for us over the years, to include dry cleaning and tailoring too. We miss them now that we have moved! Sheila and Eric Nichols.

I want to preface my remarks that I have been a loyal customer for 5-6 years and did 100% of my dry cleaning there. Everything was always well done!nnI am now looking for another cleaner; yesterday completely soured me on continuing a relationship. At 2:00 PM, I needed a small favor ( 1 top and bottom to just press for a very special day for a family member). The owner (woman) refused to crank the machine up to help me; she kept saying come back tomorrow (repeatedly)- I kept respectfully saying it was needed today as the event was the next day! Her husband looked at it abd seemed ready to hrlp and she kept saying NO, TOMORROW!nnI found Zips Cleaners (W. Patrick Street) and when I called them, I heard them discussing it and said, “sure, bring it NOW”.nnI am sorry, but, such a forceful refusal to help and loyal customer over a 5 minute job was the reason I know, it’s time to move on. Customer service, to me, is HUGE!
