Had a horrible experience with alterations. Took in 4 NEW identical men’s pants. Two were done correctly. Two were sloppy. Stitch marks all around the the cuffs. Had to ARGUE about the QUALITY of work. Was told I brought them in that way. SORRY THEY WERE NOT BROUGHT IN THAT WAY. I HAVE A WHITNESS. After an argument they agreed to try cleaning items. Had to go back the next day. Marks still visible. Hopefully after future cleaning they will completely disappear. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

They have great dry cleaning at a reasonable price. They're always super friendly too. What else could you ask for... They recently switched over to new owners, but things kept running smoothly.
