I have them clean about 5-7 pieces per week between my jackets and pants, and have been for over a year since originally moving to Frederick. Having visited a ton of places over the year, I find their quality to be superb. As a note about the person complaining about their prices, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! ARE YOU AWARE THAT ORGANIC CLEANING COSTS MORE? Their prices are right in line with any place I've gone, and I get the added (safe) benefit of organic cleaning.

Always been a little pricey, but that was fine. It wasn't until they lost a shirt of mine that I decided to go elsewhere. The woman behind the counter could never admit that they could have made a mistake...it was all my fault. How? I bring 10 shirts in, I expect the same 10 shirts when I leave! I got 9 shirts of mine, and 1 from someone else. She knew instantly that it wasn't my shirt, yet she just would not admit fault. No customer service...zero satisfaction. It doesn't take much for me, but when you try to lay blame on the customer our business is over. After 4 years, I'll find someone else in a heartbeat!

I'm new to the neighborhood and came here to get a few dress shirts clean. I like supporting local nonchain businesses so I liked this place already. Initially service was straightforward and my shirts were ready when promised. When I got my shorts back two out of the four were simply ruined. It's hard to describe but also my like these dry clean only dress shirts went through a washing machine. They were stretched out and ruffled in areas and they certainly were not like that when I dropped them off. When I questioned what happened the lady who worked there quickly went off on me and said I was trying to steal her money (I made no mention of money) and that if I was a regular customer she would understand. Well I don't know how she has any regular customers based on this experience and in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere because this was an extremely dissatisfying experience.
