Last Saturday I dropped my suit off to get picked up on Sunday. Came back Sunday in a rush and took what they gave me. Realized that night I get one of my pieces of clothing back. By then I had to go to another state but fortunately Monday I passed through frederixk again and had to drive back to get the rest of my clothes.

As a former Gaithersburg (Rio) Zips location regular customer, I expected a similar experience when I moved to Frederick & began using the East Patrick St location. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The Frederick location is run down, poorly lit, poorly ventilated & the staff is dressed sloppily. Not to mention, lately I’ve seen a couple of employees working the front register without wearing face masks. It was probably too hot to tolerate one all day. The only good thing about this place is that the workers at the cash register are usually pleasant. I hope the owner makes some necessary improvements.
