Lots of books in publication to choose from you want it they got it
I'm a huge fan of B&N, but the Frederick store is fantastic! The kids section has a large variety of activity books, kits, plush animals, and of course, reading books! My daughter and I stayed there for an hour just looking through it all, and hadn't even finished when we left. A store employee even helped us find what we were looking for. All around great customer service, very clean, and so fun! We'll be making weekly trips here from now on.
I think that they have their things in order in this location. I'm not a shopper there per say but I have to go in with my wife and I'd like to say it's not as harsh of a wait seeing the friendliness. That goes a long way in any business. Great customer service pays for itself and they have it down.
B&N is always fantastic. Love B&N!nnBe aware that the Starbucks at this location does not utilize the Starbucks app and therefore you will not earn points.
Good place to have a latte and read or chat. Lovely staff... Corporate Barnes needs to invest some money for a refresh on the decor, but staff keeps it up very well.
