This is a really cool historic theater and there's not a bad seat in the entire place. I saw Emily Wolfe perform here as part of their Discovery series where they feature up and coming artists and often have pay-what-you-want shows, and this show was amazing. The venue is actually quite large for the area, having lots of floor and balcony seats available. If your ticket says general admission, you pick your own seat; otherwise it is assigned.nnThere's a garage right next door which makes it really convenient, and there are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance too (I recommend The White Rabbit).
Quaint venue. Great acoustics. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was a nice evening with our son, his wife, their baby (4 months) and the in-laws and their son. Will definitely come back. And, it won't just be to get the free refill. The building was amazing!!
What a great place, with so much history. They have many great acts and still close to home. The only issues is traffic at times and parking. There are many places to visit while downtown and wonderful places to eat before or after the show. Enjoy people this is a beautiful restored theater.
We travelled down from Harrisburg PA to see Dr. Mae Jemison speak. We'd never been here before but the facility was very nice. It was very intimate and made for an ideal place to see a speaker. The ushers, ticket takers and other staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun and it was well worth the trip!
Staff was both nice and helpful and great diverse full house for our shoe. Parking was close and affordable but it too awhile to get out of parking lot. A parking lot further away would’ve been easier to depart.
