We've been staying here for many years. Always a great stop.nThere is one elevator next to the front desk but two stairways down the main hallway.nThere is coffee and ice next to the front desk. Good and generous breakfast offerings.nParking in front and overflow in the rear.nnKudos to them for accommodating a full house the night of the November 2018 blizzard with no power, no TV, but enough breakfast and coffee for all guests.nnSHAME on the Red Horse Restaurant next door that same night door for closing when a hotel full of travellers needed to be fed.nnThere is a gas station with hot food across the street.

I love staying here. Its really clean and the shower its very nice. The stuff are really friendly here. Everything is close by walking distance. Its beautiful at night. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby.

There were so many things wrong with our stay at this hotel. When we walked in we were hit by a terrible odor. Then we went to the room we were given only to find all the blankets on the floor. We were given a different room, but the toilet didn’t work. Instead of having to move to another room, my husband fixed the toilet. Then my husband found a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. At six in the morning we were woken up by the maids shouting back and forth to one another. And there was no hot water. Definitely not our best hotel experience.

Sad part is I was just a visitor. As I walked in the first pair of sliding doors I was immediately told that I couldn't enter the building any farther due to me have my bicycle with me...that is my mode of transportation, I newly acquired it and hadn't yet been able to purchase a lock, the employee that was working was very rude, then asked me if there was something he could help me with, I said I was there to visit a friend then he responded once again with oh no you can't come in, I had to then step outside and contact my friend who was in his room and say that I wasn't able to visit...due to the desk clerk denying me entry, my friend then called down and talked with him, he then came out and said you can park it inside between the two sets of sliding doors...I will not be giving them my service at all in the future if they are going to treat a visitor this way, how are they going to treat an actual customer.
