This is the best Marriott hotel in the area. The customer service is always exceptional and the rooms are very clean. I frequent the Frederick area for work and there is nothing more important than getting straight to your room hassle free after a long days work!!!

Handicapped parking is not ADA compliant. Huge curb with no cutout.nHandicap room is at least 100 yards from check in. Passed 10 rooms on the way to it.nPolitely told the manager both things after acknowledging how nice the hotel is. She laughed and said..well I didn't design the hotel. I asked. Aren't you some kind of manager and she said yes..I am the general manager. I saud..wouldn't you want to give that input higher?nVery calm voice. She said I was no longer welcome herennI asked

The people working here had more judgemental sass than I cared for, frankly. The bathroom fan didn't work! Not good! The staff seemed lazy and uninterested in working the toaster for the complimentary breakfast. Come on, people! But the facility was relatively clean so 3 stars.

Spacious suite, comfy King size bed, good selection of pillows. Mini kitchen works well. Good quality bath niceties like shampoo and body wash. So Grateful dog friendly!!

I love TownePlace Suites and my stay here was no exception. It was incredibly clean, sanitized and comfortable. The staff were friendly, as usual. I highly recommend TownePlace!
