The check -in and checkout process was handled professionally. Everyone I saw in the hotel wore their mask and maintained proper social distancing. The rooms were in good order. While I was not at breakfast, it wasn't made clear if breakfast would be served. This is just a suggestion. Inform your guest either through the website or at check-in if there are any changes to any advertised amenities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to a future visit.
This is one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in and we're in hotels every week. Air conditioning doesn't work good at all. It's old style wall units. We stayed hot the entire 2 weeks we were here. The front desk staff won't help you with ANYTHING. Especially Susy, ( i think that's her name) she wont get out of her chair for anything. I had to wait on her to finish a personal call paying a bill before she would help me. We had a big dog near us that barked the WHOLE time. All day and all night. We complained about it 4 or 5 times and they won't do anything about it. When we come back to this town next year with work I'll make sure they take this hotel off the list. Very outdated hotel.
Overall stay was ok. This hotel is VERY loud. Housekeeping slams doors most of the morning. Room smelled like smoke so bad. Air conditioner doesn't work that great. Room was clean. But place is very run down.
Very nice place. Staff was nice as well. However, my room had no soap and no bedspread.
THERE WERE ANTS IN OUR ROOM. Plus they charged me twice for the room and then fought with me that they didn't make a mistake. Spend a little more money on a nicer hotel..
