That guy Thomas that works there has the best customer service skills and really goes the distance to help you out. I've been here twice and each time I was highly impressed! Great mechanics as well. Their team literally found what was wrong and got me out the shop in less than 15mins....

Tommy at Fredericktowne Auto went the extra mile for me and my family today. Fixed our car that was misfiring last minute so we weren’t left stranded. I’ve been using them for years and they are always courteous, professional, and fair. I love these guys! I’ve used a lot of shops in the area, some I’d never use again. But these guys are fantastic.
