While Maryland might have some strange, labyrinthine alcohol laws, the staff at FCLB seem pretty fantastic. I had an issue with a permit I was submitting and sent an email about the issue in the middle of the night, and received a reply before 8am the next day. Really great people! (And thanks to Dawn in particular!)
