I called they came in he same day they were nice knowledgeable and completed the job in little time I would definitely call them again

I called his company for a camera view of my sewer. I knew there was a leak somewhere in the line. They came out the next day, and told me that there were 2 leaks and where they were. He said that there were no leaks in the line that went under a concrete block raised sunroom.I then had my concrete patio dug up, only to find out the the sewer line ran to the left, and not the right like he said. More concrete to dig up. After the repairs were made, I noticed that it still leaked by my basement wall. This cost me $1250.00. I could not afford to dig out under the sunroom, so had to run a new line to other side of my house, costing $1300.00. If he would have said that one of the leaks was under the sunroom, I would have put in the new line then, saving me $1250.00. Would not recommend his company at all.

Call about my toilet leak said they be out the next day NEVER showed or called. Way to run a business.

Cutter's responded quickly and diagnosed the problem correctly. However, Cutter is a creep. He made sexual references to my wife and thought it was humorous. Call someone else.

Poor service made a mess of my basement then just left don’t use them
