I’m hoping to help some people that are considering this place. DON’T! There’s a guy with a very snarky attitude problem that wears an Auburn hat. He was putting me on the track and put me way too close to the car in front of me. I swore it felt like I was going to hit the car in front of me. Then he comes at the end of the wash and tells me when to go but the way he did it was just so wrong. They usually ask to brush my car but this time he didn’t even bother with that. I’ve never had an issue with that place until yesterday when I went. I will not be back. Apparently management lets it happen so why even bother trying to fix it? I will have to find somewhere else to get my car washed. I would like to find one where the management team cares about and values their customers.
Horrible owner that is always yelling at employees and/or customers. Doesn’t respect his employees nor care about them. I will from no on be at pelican pointe for my car wash. Nicer management team and they actually care about their employees and customers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear away from this establishment and spend your money at pelican pointe. If you have a jeep, you may definitely want to try pelican pointe. Waterworks doesn’t care about jeeps. Jeepers stick together!
Great car wash with free vacuum, mat washer, and compressed air. Splurge on the $3 extra for the ceramic coat, it lasts for a couple of weeks. Definitely worth it!
Car is clean and the employees always nice
Great service, equipment and personnel. Highly recommended.
