This building is creepy looking hidden in a remote area and surrounded with military razor barb wire. No telling what really goes on these places or what they may be used for. The NPD management has demonstrated a low level of competence and subsequently I am having to sue them in Federal court. Its a shame that tax payers dollars don't provide a better quality of law enforcement and policing. Ironically, You cannot even get, at minimum, a law abiding police department.
