THESE REVIEWS AREN'T KIDDING. I LOVED MR. PENA!! He is a rare find. He helped my mother n law out with a flooded converted basement and did a spectacular job. His work ethic is so refreshing. Very professional, warm, positive spirit, hard worker, doesn't cut corners. I can't say enough. I will definitely use Mr. Pena's Carpet Cleaning service in the future if I need him.
I have used Mr. Pena's Carpet Cleaning many times and they always do an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. Mr. Pena is very reasonable and extremely particular about the way he cleans my carpets. When he leaves they look like new. He moves my furniture and puts it back and always pre-treats stains. His assistants are efficient and polite. I cannot recommend him enough. He does an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling on him again when my carpets need cleaning.
On time for both the estimate and the appointment to clean. Super friendly and personal service. Completely reasonable price. Best of all the carpets look fantastic.....like new. We thought we had them clean with one of those rental units but we were shocked to see how much cleaner Mr. Penas was able to get them. Highly recommended and we will definitely have them back. Super happy we called them.
