Arrogant and unhelpful. I used to love coming here but realized the people walking around to help are not only unhelpful, but arrogant as heck. I long ago switched to Woodcraft and have good experiences. I came back today, as forced by a precvious rockler brand purchase, and yet again met the worst experience. I know some there are better, and maybe it is just this specific store, but I will not come back by choice.
Great as always. Like most places low on stock, but still my favorite woodworking shop.

I've always been very happy with the staff and their knowledge of what they have in the store. I recently purchased a new lathe and needed a chuck and some other accessories. The young man who helped me was very well versed in the equipment. He asked a few questions about what I needed, and what I was making. He made a lot of suggestions and steered me towards what he thought would work best for me. You could tell he was more concerned about me spending money on what was best for me instead just trying to make a sale on something expensive. I was AGAIN very impressed with the way Rockler staff treat their customers. Thank you for taking the time to make me feel wanted and welcomed.nDave
